The wait for Andrew to convene a meeting with his peers at the Army office in Texas dragged on forever, as it seemed to Ellie. Sitting in an expensive-looking chair outside of the office, in a room that could not have looked any more stock by design, she scoured documents and photos that were presented to her in a black folder labeled "For Human Personnel Only". Altogether there were nine documents outlining Andrew's plan, and exactly twenty-nine photographs that accompanied them. One of the photographs taken was of a man in a business-attire suit wearing sun glasses and had short hair, the color of brown and combed backwards rather carefully. He looked like the stereotypical shady businessman, on the back of the photo it was labeled "Dalton in Halifax". Another photo that she studied was an aerial one, it showed what appeared to be farm lands, fields of crops in a tropical setting. The back of that photo read: "Banes, Cuba".

The door to the office suddenly opened, and out stepped Andrew smoking a cigar as usual.

"Sir." Said Ellie. "What's the word?"

"Well Ellie." He started. "I take it that you've wet your appetite for action over those photos and briefings."

"Yes I have." She answered him.

"Good, because we need to find a business magnate named George Dalton. He's in charge of a company that was contracted by Britannia to produce arms and munitions. Problem is, we believe he plans to ship those supplies to rebels on Xendra, not to the government of Britannia. Not only a violation of contract, but under terms of the Seattle Accord, a violation of universal law. He's got a whole nest of operations all over this world and one-by-one we will have to find out what he is hiding." Explained Andrew.

"So where are we going to first?"

"We?" Asked Andrew. "I'm merely in operational control here. You are the one that is going to be behind enemy lines!"

"What about the others?"

"You'll be going to the island of Cuba, a place called Banes. There's a photo of it in that folder. Dudley will be providing field support from Moa."

"Okay, but what about the others?"

"That's just it, Ellie. Our two others are on assignment right now, they will meet up with you at a later time. Jodak is currently in Saint Croix."

"Okay, but what am I to do in Banes, exactly?"

"Get your scuba gear ready, I'll instruct you on the way."

Ellie watched Andrew walk out of the office area, taking a glance down at the folder that she retired to the waiting area table she was overcome by a sense of anxiety once again- it was absolutely real. She was going on a true military-backed mission, but as a lone dog in a black ops-styled covert operation.

"What did I get myself into?"
And she has an anxiety problem already.

"Colonel Donald, we will be entering Earth air space in approximately fifteen seconds." A voice blared through the speakers of the seating area, awaking Ellie and the others from a much-desired slumber, from a long and exhaustive journey.
"This is my favorite part." Jodak quietly stated, reminding Ellie that the landing is a dangerous part of the trip.
"It's not the ride that gets ya." Said Andrew. "It's the sudden end at the surface that makes or breaks ya."
Ellie was a prime candidate for anxiety attacks with the scare tactics that her mates used on her. Of course she understood that they were all joking and messing with her, they could not help themselves- but it was the shear possibility that worried her. The possibility of disaster. She feared the flight more than she feared the actual mission she was ordered to go on. Bracing for the landing that was imminent, she grabbed hold of her arm rests and sunk herself into her seat, then the turbulence picked up.
"We're gonna make it alr

"Alright Ellie listen up- the island of Cuba is a part of the North American nation, but we've had some problems with insurrectos down there." Andrew began to fill Ellie in on the background of her mission as she was dressing in scuba gear.
"Insurrectos?" She asked.
"Yeah, a term we use for militants down in that region."
"Anti-government?"
"No, arms traffickers. Our intelligence tells us that they are all under the umbrella of George Dalton's business scheme. The insurrectos receive parts to assemble their arms with, and they hide them until they can ship them off to the next destination."
"So why are you sending me to Cuba?"
"We need you to find out where they are shipping the arms to. We know exactly where you can begin as well."
"And?"
"North American Secretary of War- Rosco Stanton. He was in Cuba a month ago on a visit to check progress of the new arms development company down there. Within 24 hours after arriving, he disappeared. We now know that the insurrectos have him, holdin
